Description

What is money?
What is the difference between an "Asset" and a "Liability"?

People might tell you that your house is an "asset", but is that really true?
In this session in my "What is money" series I will be taking you through the definitions of these terms and how you can immediately apply this different understanding to your own personal life and circumstance.

We're told things like "invest in your future", or "the biggest asset you'll even own is your house" but what if these quips accidentally miss-use these words?
When you have a solid grasp of what an "asset" really is, and what it needs to do in order to actually be an "asset", you can look at everything on offer in the financial world and feel more confident to understand the outcomes of those decisions on your financial future.
